Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS;

    - Vegetable knife.
    - Vegetable cutting board.
    - Mandoline slicer.
    - Baking dish.
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS;

    - Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils.
    - ⚠️ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    - ⚠️ Wash and slice all the vegetables into thin slices.
    - Layer the slices in a baking dish.
    - Season with salt, pepper to taste, add thyme and oil.
    - ⚠️ Bake for 45 minutes.

    - 🍽️ Serve hot.
