Vegan Banana Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt).
  • 2.   Add mashed banana, then milk and coconut oil.
  • 3.   Cook small ladles of batter on medium heat on each side.
  • 4.   Enjoy!

  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 25 g of Cornstarch
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 20 cl of oat milk
