Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Rinse the potatoes and cut them into quarters without peeling them.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the oil with garlic powder, paprika, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the potato quarters and mix. Pour 1 tablespoon of water and mix again.
  • 3.   Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once golden brown, serve immediately.

  • 3 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
