Instructions

  • 1.   Put the yeast and water in the stainless steel bowl, then start the program.

  • 3.   Take the dough out of the stainless steel bowl and shape it into a ball, then place it in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.
  • 4.   Let it rest for at least 1 hour in a warm place, then place it on a floured work surface.
  • 5.   Work the ball with your fingers: stretch it and gently tap it to release the gas bubbles, then roll it out with a rolling pin.
