  • 1.   Put the yeast and water in the stainless steel bowl then start the program.
  • 2.   When the program stops, add the ingredients and press Auto to restart the program.
  • 3.   Take the dough out of the stainless steel bowl and shape it into a ball then place it in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.
  • 4.   Let it sit for at least 1 hour in a warm place, then place it on a floured work surface.
  • 5.   Work the ball with your fingers: stretch it out and strike it gently in order to expel the gas bubbles, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

  • 200 flour
  • ½ fresh baker's yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 4 salt
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100 ml of water
