Coleslaw-style raw vegetable salad

Instructions

  • 1.   This recipe requires 2 hours of resting time.
  • 2.   Place the raw vegetables in a colander, generously salt them, and let them drain for at least two hours.
  • 3.   Once drained, rinse them thoroughly under cold water. Drain.
  • 4.   In a large salad bowl, prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients.
  • 5.   Add the raw vegetables and mix everything well.

  • ½ red cabbages
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of celery salt
