Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the potatoes into 4 wedges, without peeling them.
  • 2.   Place them in a plastic container (with a lid).
  • 3.   Add the oil, herbs, spices, salt, and pepper. Close the container and shake to coat the potatoes.
  • 4.   Add the sifted flour and shake again.
  • 5.   Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
  • 6.   Place the potato wedges one by one in the hot oil. Flip the potatoes regularly and monitor the cooking.
  • 7.   Cook for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown.

  • 1 tablespoon of Provence herb
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 2 teaspoon of wheat flour
