1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool.
3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mix them with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
4. Mash well until smooth.
5. Fill each egg half with this mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
