Deviled Eggs

Mayonnaise and mustard are mixed with mashed egg yolks to fill hard-boiled egg halves. Perfect for a buffet or a picnic!

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 2.   Remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool.
  • 3.   Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mix them with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Mash well until smooth.
  • 5.   Fill each egg half with this mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
