Mimosa egg

Mayonnaise and mustard are mixed with crushed egg yolks to garnish half hard boiled eggs. Perfect for a buffet or a picnic!

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and leave eggs in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 2.   Remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool.
  • 3.   Roll out the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mix with mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Crush well until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • 5.   Fill each egg half with this mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
