Pumpkin Rice

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pumpkin (with or without the skin) with a pinch of salt
  • 2.   Cook the rice with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil (canola, olive...)
  • 3.   Mash the pumpkin into small pieces without the skin.
  • 4.   Add the rice and gently mix.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve as a side dish with a meat that isn't too saucy (Picard yakitori, chicken fillet with green pepper...)
    Optional: a small pinch of chili paste.
