Leek and Salmon Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the leeks and sauté them in butter for a long time until they brown.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, microwave the salmon fillets for less than a minute so that they can be easily crumbled.
  • 3.   Butter a dish and layer it with lasagna sheets, then smoked salmon, and another layer of lasagna sheets.
  • 4.   Stop cooking the leeks and place them on top of the last layer of lasagna, then cover with lasagna sheets.
  • 5.   Cover the lasagna layer with crumbled salmon, pour béchamel sauce over it, and add another layer of lasagna sheets.
  • 6.   On the last layer of lasagna, pour the remaining béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese, and bake for 30 minutes at medium/high heat (oven thermostat 6/7).
