Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour with the salt and gradually add the water until you get a paste.
  • 2.   Knead the dough, adding the baking powder to mix it well.
  • 3.   Place the baguettes on parchment paper in a tray.
  • 4.   Bake them at 40 ° C for 20 minutes to make them swell.
  • 5.   Brush the baguettes with water.
  • 6.   Raise the temperature to 220 ° C and cook for 30 minutes with a dish filled with water underneath.
  • 7.   When they are golden brown, take out the baguettes and let them cool on a rack.

Notes

  • Flour / water proportions depend on flour. The more complete it is, the more water is needed.
