Cauliflower "Taboulé" (3rd Marmiton meeting)

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the core and stem pieces from the washed cauliflower, keeping only the florets.
  • 2.   Grate them: you will obtain a white powder (approximately 700 g for a whole cauliflower).
  • 3.   Separate the herbs leaves, wash, dry, and finely chop them.
  • 4.   Mix all the ingredients together, except for the pine nuts.
  • 5.   Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  • 6.   Add the pine nuts 1 hour before serving.

  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 15 cl of lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of diced tomato
  • 20 cl of olive oil
  • 80 g of raisin
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g of pine nut
