Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the 2 flours into a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Make a well and gradually add the hot water, mixing with a wooden spatula until a thick dough is formed.
  • 2.   Knead the dough thoroughly after transferring it onto a floured surface.
  • 3.   Divide the dough into about ten balls, roll out each one with a rolling pin on a floured surface, trying to make the thinnest pancake possible.
  • 4.   Once all the tortillas are prepared, heat a preferably non-stick skillet and cook them.
  • 5.   Flip them when they start to puff up at the edges.
