Chinese noodles stir-fried with vegetables

Today, I offer you a recipe for Chinese noodles with crunchy vegetables. It's a perfect dish for vegetarians, quick and easy to make. A real whirlwind of flavor!

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut all your vegetables into fine juliennes (onions, carrots, red pepper). As well as the garlic cloves in small cubes.
