Stir-Fried Chinese Noodles with Vegetables

Today, I propose a recipe for stir-fried Chinese noodles with crunchy vegetables. It's a perfect dish for vegetarians, simple and quick to make. A true whirlwind of flavors!

  • 1.   Wash and cut all your vegetables into thin julienne strips (onions, carrots, red bell pepper). Also dice the garlic cloves into small pieces.
  • 2.   In a salted water, pre-cook the carrots and peas.

    Once pre-cooked, set them aside.
  • 3.   Cook the noodles as indicated on the package.
  • 4.   In a wok or a sauté pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil, the diced garlic cloves, and the sliced onions. Cook them until they become translucent.
  • 5.   Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and peas, the vegetable bouillon cube, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Add your noodles.
    Mix well, and add the chili paste, paprika, and soy sauce.

    Let it cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
  • 7.   Season with salt if needed, and sprinkle with parsley.

    And enjoy immediately...

  • 200 g of Chinese noodle
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 glass of green pea (frozen)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 onion
  • 3 small garlic clove
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 5 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
