1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water, following the package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the onion.
3. Peel and dice the carrot into small cubes.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.
5. Sauté the onion until translucent.
6. Add the carrot and beef meatballs and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
7. Add the tomato sauce, chopped dill, salt, and pepper, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes (until the carrot is cooked).
8. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to plates.
9. Top with the beef mixture and serve immediately.
