Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the vegetables and slice the onion. Set aside.
  • 2.   Make zucchini noodles using a peeler.
    Sauté the onion and zucchini noodles in a pan for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the coconut cream, garlic, and spices. Cook for a few minutes.
    Serve with pasta, fish, or chicken.
