Instructions

  • 1.   To cook this Provençal tomatoes recipe, let's prepare the vegetables. To do this, carefully wash the tomatoes, then cut them in half lengthwise and place the two halves in a gratin dish or an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper according to your personal taste.
  • 2.   Peel the garlic cloves, remove the germ, then finely chop them by hand or with an electric chopper preferably to obtain a very fine grain. Put them on the tomatoes, spreading them evenly over the entire surface.
  • 3.   Finally, sprinkle your Provençal tomatoes with chopped parsley and breadcrumbs, making sure to cover the entire surface. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 210°C (410°F).
  • 4.   After the cooking time, serve your Provençal tomatoes as an accompaniment to a fish or meat of your choice and white rice.
