Express Teriyaki Chicken
A quick and easy Teriyaki chicken, tender and golden, with a homemade sauce! Serve with rice.

Instructions

. Peel the ginger and garlic clove.

. In a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil the water, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, and ginger to make a syrup.

. Cut the chicken into thin slices and coat them with cornstarch.

. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 4 tablespoons of water, then pour into the saucepan and let the sauce thicken over medium heat, stirring.

. In a frying pan, brown the chicken pieces for 5 minutes with a little oil, turning them over.

. Finally, add the Teriyaki sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
