Instructions

  • 1.   Peel, wash, and cut the zucchini into sticks.
  • 2.   Heat the frying oil in a deep fryer.
  • 3.   When the oil is hot, immerse the zucchini and cook until they are golden brown.
  • 4.   Remove the fries with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
