SIMPLIFIED WATERMELON TABBOULEH MEAL

Instructions

  • 1.   To be done the day before: Mix the couscous with two glasses of water (20 cl) in a salad bowl and cook it in the microwave for 1 minute at 850 watts.
  • 2.   Add the watermelon cut into cubes, sliced radishes, basil leaves, and olive oil.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and enjoy.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 glass of fine wheat semolina
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 2 slice of watermelon
  • 20 radishes
  • 6 tablespoon of olive oil
