Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the flour with olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the water and salt, then mix. First with a fork, then with your hands.
  • 3.   When you have obtained a nice, homogeneous dough ball, let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Take your dough out of the fridge and flour your work surface.
  • 5.   Roll out your pastry, it's ready!
