BANANA STRAWBERRY OAT MILK SMOOTHIE (quick recipe)

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the banana.
  • 2.   Clean and remove the stems from the strawberries and blueberries.
    Dry and cut into pieces.
  • 3.   Place the banana slices and the pieces of strawberries and blueberries in the blender, then add the chia seeds and oat milk.
  • 4.   Blend until you obtain a smooth and thick smoothie.

Ingredients for servings

  • 100 g of strawberry
  • 100 g of blueberry
  • 1 banana
  • 10 cl of oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
