. Peel and slice the banana.

. Clean and remove the stems from the strawberries and blueberries.
Dry and cut into pieces.

. Place the banana slices and the pieces of strawberries and blueberries in the blender, then add the chia seeds and oat milk.

. Blend until you obtain a smooth and thick smoothie.
