Mango nectar with Thermomix

Here is the mango nectar with Thermomix. No sugar, colorants, or any other chemical products! Just mango and water... deliciously healthy! Originally from South Asia and the ultimate exotic fruit, mango is one of the fruits richest in carotene or provitamin A. Mango is as sweet as it is low in calories! The fruit contains 100 calories per fruit and has a regulating effect on appetite. To choose it, don't rely on its color. Just touch it to determine its degree of ripeness. Don't buy it too soft or it will be too ripe. If it is wrinkled and fibrous, it is too young. Store it in a cool place but avoid the fridge, as mangoes do not tolerate temperatures below 8°C.
