Mint syrup with Thermomix

Did you know that industrial mint syrup is purely artificial imitation of natural mint syrup offered in this recipe? Its preparation, color, and taste are very different: it is heavily dyed green with a mixture of two food colorings, blue E131 and yellow E102. Its flavors are obtained not directly from plants, but only with refined extracts, usually mint essence or menthol. Here is the natural recipe for mint syrup. Ideal for sunny days, this syrup has a very powerful thirst-quenching power! Note that you only need to double the quantities if you want to obtain 1 liter of syrup.
