Instructions
1. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Slice them.
Peel and press the garlic.
Drain the capers well.
2. Grease a baking dish with 2 tbsp of olive oil and place the tomato slices in it.
Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle the capers and garlic on top.
3. Cut the feta into slices and arrange them on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining oil and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
