Baked Feta Tomatoes

Vegetarian Gratin Summer

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Slice them.
    Peel and press the garlic.
    Drain the capers well.
  • 2.   Grease a baking dish with 2 tbsp of olive oil and place the tomato slices in it.
    Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle the capers and garlic on top.
  • 3.   Cut the feta into slices and arrange them on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining oil and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
    Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

  • 750 g of tomato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of caper
  • 400 g of feta
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
