Chinese cabbage with yogurt and lemon sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the cabbage and cut it into 8 pieces. Remove the core.
    Heat the butter and sauté the cabbage for 2 minutes.
    Add vegetable broth and simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Remove the cabbage and keep it warm.
  • 2.   Mix the yogurt with the flour, add it to the cooking juice and bring to a boil.
    Add the lemon juice and zest.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Pour the sauce over the cabbage before serving.
    Suitable as a side dish for roasted meat or fish.

  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 125 ml of vegetable broth
  • 350 g of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
