Potato and Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Radishes

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and grate the onions and potatoes. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under clear water and pat them dry to remove all moisture.
    Add the eggs, flour, and chopped parsley.
    Shape into 12 pancakes and fry them in very hot oil until they are crispy.
    Drain them on absorbent paper.
  • 2.   Wash the radishes, remove the ends, and slice them thinly.
    Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream, milk, and radishes.
  • 3.   Rinse and dry the chives, chop them. Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Add the chives.
    Serve as a side dish with the potato pancakes.

  • 1 kg of potato
  • 2 large onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 250 g of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon of milk
  • ½ bunch of fresh chives
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
