Vegetable Rösti with Yogurt Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes, carrots, 2 onions, and celery. Rinse the zucchini and remove the ends.
    Grate all these ingredients.
    Season everything with salt, pepper, and thyme leaves.
    Form 6 to 8 rösti. Brown the patties in very hot butter.
  • 2.   Peel the third onion and garlic. Chop them.
    Make a sauce with yogurt, sour cream, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and garlic.
    Serve the rösti with this sauce.

  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 onions
  • 50 g of celery root
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 250 g of yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon of sour cream
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
