1. In a bowl, mix together chickpeas, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts, chopped basil and chives. Make a dressing with lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, and a small pinch of chili.
2. Add the dressing to the salad, mix well, then arrange in 2 pretty bowls. Sprinkle some grated lemon zest on top. Chill until ready to serve.
