Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the banana into rounds, then roughly chop the dark chocolate.
  • 2.   On a slice of white bread, arrange the banana slices, sprinkle the chopped dark chocolate on top. Add the grated coconut and the second slice of bread.
  • 3.   Place the croque monsieur in the oven for 5 minutes and enjoy it hot or warm.
