Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the ingredients as indicated in the ingredient list.
  • 2.   In a large saucepan, add the rice flour, sugar, caraway, cinnamon, and anise and mix well before adding water. Add cold water and mix everything well. Once well mixed, place the saucepan on the stove over low heat and stir well.
  • 3.   Let the mixture cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Remove from heat, pour directly into small individual cups or into a large dish, and let it cool.
  • 5.   Once it is cold, add a teaspoon of coconut on each cup, and some walnuts, almonds, pistachios, and pine nuts.

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of star anise (optional)
  • 2 liter of water
  • 100 g of walnut
  • 100 g of natural almond
  • 100 g of pistachio
  • 50 g of pine nut
  • 8 teaspoon of grated coconut
