Tofu Rougail

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the lentils in a saucepan and cover them with water (750 ml). Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes from boiling. Salt the water at the end of cooking.
  • 2.   In the bowl of a food processor, blend the roughly chopped garlic and onion, peeled ginger, diced tomato, tomato paste, stemmed parsley, and a pinch of salt. Set aside this mixture.
  • 3.   In a skillet, over high heat, sauté the cubed tofu. Add the lentils. Serve the lentils and tofu hot, topped with the rougail.

  • 40 g of fresh ginger
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 250 g of smoked tofu
  • 1 pinch of salt
