Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, add water, salt, and flax seeds.
    Cover with flour and sprinkle yeast on top.
  • 2.   Mix for 5 minutes until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough. Form a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a clean towel, and let it rise for 45 minutes.
  • 3.   Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf or use a loaf pan.
  • 4.   Let it rise again at room temperature for at least one hour.
  • 5.   Bake at 220°C for 35 minutes.

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 ml of water
  • 1 bag of dried baker's yeast
  • 20 g of flaxseed (optional)
