Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cauliflower. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into large pieces.
  • 2.   Put the cauliflower and sweet potato in a saucepan with 1 liter of water and the curry. Add salt and bring to a boil, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Blend well with the coconut milk.

  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
