Apple compote in the Thermomix

Apple compote is a dessert made from cooked apples that can be used as an ingredient in a recipe, such as a tart or cake, or can be served on its own or with rice pudding. Apple compote can also accompany savory dishes such as pork, chicken, game, or blood sausage. The high pectin content of apple compote also makes it a simple home remedy for combating diarrhea. The texture of the apple compote in the Thermomix also makes it a great choice for babies starting to eat solid foods. Display the recipe as on my Thermomix. Source: Cookomix.
