Avocado, cherry tomato, mozzarella and quinoa salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the quinoa in a large pot of salted boiling water (about 10 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  • 2.   Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 3.   Remove the skin and pit from the avocados and cut them.
  • 4.   Cut the mozzarella.
  • 5.   Chop the mint.
  • 6.   In a salad bowl, mix everything together.
  • 7.   Drizzle with a dash of oil, salt, and pepper.

  • 2 stalk of cherry tomato
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 stalk of fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 pinch of salt and pepper

    Hello, I often mix the 2 rapeseed and olive. But depending on the mood and the weather, I put it directly on the plate or I make a real sauce apart
