Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the quinoa in a large volume of boiling salted water (about 10 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  • 2.   Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 3.   Remove the skin and core of the avocados and cut them.
  • 4.   Cut the mozarella.
  • 5.   Chop the mint.
  • 6.   In a bowl, mix everything.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with a drizzle of oil with salt and pepper.
