Instructions

  • 1.   Put the garlic, vegetables, and thyme in a pot with the broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, for about 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Add parsley or chives, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
