Bolognese with lentils

Instructions

  • 1.   Mince onions and leek.
  • 2.   Grate the carrot.
  • 3.   Sweat all in a pre-oiled cast iron casserole. (7-8 minutes).
  • 4.   Add tomatoes, spices, white wine, salt and pepper and simmer 3/4 h.
  • 5.   In parallel, cook the lenses at 90% (according to the indication on the package).
  • 6.   When the lentils are almost cooked drain them and put them in the tomato sauce.
  • 7.   Add a little water if necessary (must have the consistency of a bolognese meat).
  • 8.   Simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 9.   Enjoy with spaghetti.
