Potato waffles with wasabi and chives, smoked salmon

Instructions

. Prepare a mashed potato

. In a bowl, dissolve the Cornstarch and yeast.

. Make a well and add the eggs, milk, and mashed potato. Add the chopped chives and wasabi at the end.

. Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

. Lightly oil the waffle maker and preheat it.

. Pour a ladle of waffle batter and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.

. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with chopped dill and wasabi.

. Arrange the slices of smoked salmon and the sauce, then enjoy.
