Instructions
1. Preparation:
Cook the gnocchi and drain them.
Put them back in the pot with all the other ingredients.
Mix well and let simmer for 2 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
I made this recipe during Lent, but next time I will try it with feta cheese...
Just between us: I have tried several olive spreads, but the Kalamata Meze House olive spread is really delicious and gives a very natural taste.

If you have time, make your own potato gnocchi, it's so easy to make and delicious on top of that, a true gratifying delight, because it's homemade!
