Borsch nanie

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut 1/2 cabbage into very thin slices. Boil in 2 liters of water.
    In a separate saucepan, cook the grated carrot with oil and finely diced onion. Add the freshly grated beetroot.
  • 2.   When the carrots and beetroot are cooked, add the diluted tomato paste in 2 parts water. Then add the balsamic vinegar.
    Remove the cabbage from the saucepan and add it to the carrots.
    Peel the potatoes into cubes and add them to the hot water. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the contents of the pan with the carrots and cabbage into the saucepan with the potatoes.
    Serve with dill and sour cream.

  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 1 large carrot
  • 5 medium baby potato
  • 2 large cooked beetroot
  • 1 small tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
