Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
    In the sauté mode, add oil to the pot.
  • 2.   While the oil is heating, add garlic, cumin, onions, and tomato and cook until they become soft and well mixed.
  • 3.   Add the spinach and mix well.
  • 4.   Turn off the sauté mode. Remove the vegetables and keep them warm.
  • 5.   In the pot, add the potatoes and 200 ml of water.
  • 6.   Cook on the quick or pressure cook mode for 10 minutes.
  • 7.   Once the potatoes are cooked, mix them with the cooked vegetable mixture.

  • 600 g of fresh spinach
  • 1.2 kg of potato
  • 2 onions
  • 3 canned peeled tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
