1. Drain the natural tuna and crumble it with a fork in a bowl. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them. Drain the mozzarella ball and slice it into thin slices. Clean, dry, and finely chop the fresh basil leaves. Peel the garlic.
2. Preheat the broiler in the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Toast the slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster, then rub only one side with garlic. Place the bread slices, garlic side up, on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Spread the mozzarella slices, crumbled tuna, and diced tomatoes on the slices of whole wheat bread. Drizzle with olive oil, then lightly salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place everything under the broiler in the oven for several minutes until the mozzarella slices are melted and bubbly.
6. Once the bruschettas are ready, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with chopped basil. Serve and enjoy immediately.
