Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Mix the spinach, tomatoes, and zucchini sliced into thin strips with oregano and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Layer the lasagna by alternating sheets of pasta with the vegetable mixture and bake for 40 minutes. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
