Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and onion, then cut them into cubes.
    Remove the coriander leaves and peel the garlic.
    Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  • 2.   Place the carrots, onion, garlic, coriander, half of the lemon juice, and 60 cl of water in the Soup & Co. Lightly salt.
    Press the p button to select the program.
    Set the timer for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Let it cool.
    Serve warm or cold.
