Egyptian Soup

Vegetarian Soup Evening Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion in butter. Add the vegetables, broth, and cook for about 1/2 hour.
  • 2.   Blend everything together.
  • 3.   Add the cumin and cream.
  • 4.   Serve very hot, with croutons.

  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 glass of red lentil
  • 1 small butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
