Black radish carpaccio

Instructions

. Peel the black radish and cut it into very thin (translucent) slices.
Wash, cut, and peel the pink radishes. Cut them into thin slices.
2
. Place the slices in a wide and flat container. Season with salt, pepper, cover with olive oil and lemon juice.
3
. Keep in the fridge until the next day.
