Black radish carpaccio

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the black radish and cut it into very thin (translucent) slices.
    Wash, cut, and peel the pink radishes. Cut them into thin slices.
  • 2.   Place the slices in a wide and flat container. Season with salt, pepper, cover with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • 3.   Keep in the fridge until the next day.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 black radish
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
