Instructions

  • 1.   Spread pesto on the pita bread.
  • 2.   Add smoked salmon, onion, tomatoes, capers, basil, and herbs de Provence on the pita bread.
  • 3.   Generously cover everything with cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Fold the sandwich in half to close it.
  • 5.   Place the sandwich in the oven at 230 °C (450 °F) until the cheese melts. Serve.
