Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the green beans, drain well, and let them cool.
  • 2.   Drizzle with a good amount of oil, salt, pepper, and gently mix.
  • 3.   Add the minced shallot and mix.
  • 4.   Roughly chop the nuts, add them, and mix.
  • 5.   Crumble the goat cheese or boursin over the green beans and gently stir.
  • 6.   Add the sliced prosciutto.

  • 20 g of walnut kernel
  • 1 tablespoon of walnut oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 slice of cured ham
  • salt (according to taste)
