  • Ingredient choices:

The ingredients are chosen with the ketogenic diet in mind, prioritizing healthy fats and minimizing carbohydrate intake.

Flax: A source of omega-3 fatty acids, flax seeds are a food that should be included more often in the diet. They are also a rich source of minerals and contain low levels of oxalates, suggesting that their calcium is highly bioavailable. It is best to consume them ground.

Almonds: They replace traditional flour in this recipe, providing fiber, protein, and healthy fats. They have a strong alkalizing effect.

This bread is an excellent alternative to traditional bread, which has no place in this diet.
